He loves his son, Jimmy, and would do anything for him, except leave him alone. His relationship with his father is “complicated” at best, and they tend to get along better when
they are far apart. He worked hard to get a degree and find a “worthwhile job,” which basically means anything other than fishing.

Earl is a Dave’s father, and a fisherman by trade. He’s a man of few words, but don’t let that fool you into thinking that he doesn’t have an opinion. He may not say much, but he certainly isn’t afraid to speak up, especially if it will make everyone else be quiet. Although he has a gruff exterior, he does have a softer side to him, you just have to dig a little to find it.

Dave’s son. He can often be found playing with his dog, Daisy, whom he rescued as a puppy. They have been inseparable ever since and he likes it that way. He feels stifled by Dave and wishes he had more Freedom to express himself. After all, he’s practically an adult!

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Gabriel Whitney is a tea-drinking, cat-loving, dinosaur enthusiast who fell in love with comics at a young age. He used to save his allowance to buy comics at the grocery store (his favorite being Sonic the Hedgehog). As his artistic side devloped he became inspired by classics like Calvin and Hobbes and Tintin, and went on to draw such masterpeices as Giant Cat Terrorizes Tiny City and Stick-Figure Ninja Falls Off His Skateboard. They made you laugh, cry, and laugh again always leaving you wanting more! After, years of trivial distractions like middle school, high school, college, and boring day jobs, he has finally returned to the craft!
